This morning, police arrested a man and woman in connection with the car-to-car shooting on a freeway overpass in Burbank yesterday.
Officers arrested 24-year-old Joseph Lupercio and 26-year-old Sarah Sullivan, who is believed to have been driving the SUV at the time of the shooting.
According to officials the parties knew each other and might have gotten into an altercation before the shooting occurred.
The victim was hit in the upper body and is expected to survive.
