Bakersfield Police officers arrested two men wanted for a drive by shooting on Wednesday in South Bakersfield.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired from a vehicle in the 6800 block of Betty Street. They were unable to locate the suspects at the scene.
Police located the suspect vehicle in the driveway of 815 Ivy Trae Lane.
Two people in the garage of that residence were arrested for their involvement in the Betty Street shooting.
Officers found several firearms during their search.
Isaac Valladares (38) and Sergio Mata (39), both of Bakersfield were booked for numerous weapons violations as well as negligent discharge of a firearm.
