An 8-year-old is dead after he was found in the bottom of a pool June 5th, according to a report released by the Kern County Coroner's Office Tuesday.
Timothy Vetter from Reedley, California was found just after 6 p.m. in the River Lakes area in Northwest Bakersfield.
He was taken to Bakersfield Memorial Hospital where he died two days later.
