On May 26, 2017 at about 3:24 p.m., deputies were dispatched to investigate an attempted kidnapping in the area north of Foothill High School.
When deputies arrived, they were advised a white male suspect driving a white-colored newer sedan drove to the area of Park Drive south of Pioneer Drive. The suspect parked the vehicle, exited, and approached an 11-year-old female juvenile near a bus stop.
The suspect briefly spoke with the juvenile then attempted to pull her into the sedan. The juvenile was able to get away from the male suspect and fled on foot to the area of Foothill Drive and Morning Drive.
The suspect followed the juvenile in his vehicle, and then fled the area northbound on Morning Drive.
The white male was further described as 30 to 35 years old, with a medium build and blue eyes. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up over his head.
