Bakersfield Fire Department rescued a women and a child that was over-the-edge of the Panorama bluffs that is just east of River Boulevard. 

When BFD arrived they found the women and child 100 feet down of the Panorama bluffs.

The women and the child were unharmed when they were rescued by BFD.

The women, child and fighterfighter's were not injured during the rescue.
