The Bakersfield Police Department hosted the annual awards ceremony Friday.
The following awards were given out:
- Civilian Employee of the year - Kim Stanifer
- Dispatcher of the year - Fernando Hurtado
- Officer of the year - Officer Charles Pratt
- Detective of the year - Detective Paul Yoon
The event was held at the Fox Theater.
