The Boys and Girls Club of Kern County held a trunk-or-treat event on Monday to give kids in the area a safe place to celebrate Halloween.
The trunk-or-treat was open to members of the public, Assembly-member Rudy Salas and representatives from the Nike Outlet store were there to provide activities for the kids.
