FOUND: BPD has located at-risk missing teen Amanda Medina

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — (UPDATE Nov. 12) Amanda Medina has been reported found by the Bakersfield Police Department.


The Bakersfield Police Department is asking the community for help finding missing Amanda Medina, 17, who was last seen Sunday around 10 p.m.

Medina is described as a Hispanic teen standing 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black “Proclub” sweatshirt and grey “Proclub” sweatpants.

BPD said Medina was seen Sunday around 10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Dunwoody Way in Northwest Bakersfield. She is considered at risk since she has no prior history of running away, according to BPD.
