BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding a missing at-risk juvenile last seen Sunday evening in Southwest Bakersfield.
Manuel Carreno is described as a Hispanic 13 years old male standing 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and dark-colored sweatpants.
He was last seen Sunday at around 8:00 p.m., in the 11200 block of Vista Del Valle Drive. He is considered at risk because he has no prior history of running away.
