According to Bakersfield Police Department, one of their officers was involved in a non-injury crash on Friday.
The crash happened near Oak Street and California Avenue.
The Bakersfield Police Department says that the officer was on the Southbound side of Oak Street with their lights and sirens on, as they were responding to a call.
The BPD officer's car was hit by a Honda going Westbound.
Officals say the driver of the Honda didn't see the BPD officer.
