BPD officers arrested a woman in connection to a stabbing that occurred in East Bakersfield on Saturday night.
Officials said three men were inside of the California Market and Deli on the southeast corner of California and Baker when they got into some sort of altercation.
Officers said a 16-year old-male was found suffering stab wounds outside of the store, and the other two fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities arrested the suspect, 26 year old Eliana Gonzalez, who was later booked into the Kern County Jail for charges including attempted murder and child endangerment.
Gonzalez was accompanied by a 7 year old minor, who was present during the incident.
Officials said no one else was injured in the altercation.
