Bruce Freeman is holding a reception to kick-off his campaign for City Council.
The reception will be at his home Tuesday evening. Freeman is holding a fundraiser to help cover the costs of campaign materials and other things needed.
The special election for Ward 5 Councilmember will be held June 6.
