A business in East Bakersfield went up in flames for a second time since August.
According to the Bakersfield Fire Department, the blaze broke out just after 7:00 a.m. on Bernard Street between Kern and Tulare Streets, near a tire company.
Fire officials said the office building was vacant at the time of the fire and that it was likely caused by squatters.
The business had a previous fire back in August.
