Cal Water is being called to the scene of a crash in Northwest Bakersfield due to heavy flooding.

According to Bakersfield Police, a car rolled over in the area of Calloway and Noriega just before 7:15 Wednesday morning. 

Police say the car hit a hydrant or water main line, leading to heavy flooding. 

The driver suffered only minor to moderate injuries. 

Traffic is being diverted.
