BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The City of Bakersfield posting to their Facebook Page Thursday, that they have decided to close dog parks within the city due to the weather.
According to the post, off leash areas located in sumps within city parks are temporarily closed due to the weather. Those parks include:
- Centennial
- Wilson
- University
- Kroll
- Patriots
The city says parks will remain open at Tarina Homes, Inc. Sports Complex at Mesa Marin, Coffee Road and Seasons Parks.
