The City of Bakersfield will open a new park for the community. Bridle Creek Park will feature two half-court basketball courts, two picnic areas, and two playgrounds.

The new park will be located at 7100 Pine Flat Drive and a grand opening ceremony will take place at 2 p.m.

Anyone who attends the opening is asked to social distance and wear a mask.
