The House is expected to vote on the Republican healthcare bill Thursday.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy has been working to make sure Americans have health insurance.

He said Tuesday the bill will help small businesses make sure their employees are covered. McCarthy said Congress will repeal Obamacare this week when lawmakers vote.

He started his own business at age 19.
