The Cal State Bakersfield men's basketball team will have a warm welcome when the team returns to Bakersfield on Wednesday afternoon.

School officials confirm the team is set to be back in town after its historic run through the National Invitation Tournament, where it lost Tuesday to Georgia Tech 76-61.

Officials say the team will arrive at Atlantic Aviation at Meadows Field at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday.

The team will be inbound from New York.
