BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The CSU Bakersfield and diving teams are hosting their annual Learn-to-Swim lessons for all ages and skill levels.

The summer program teaches students how to swim and educate them on pool safety. The program is directed by Gray Tedder, the CSUB head men's and women's swimming and diving assistant coach. Coach Tedder says he has designed a program that will benefit each child's aquatic needs. His staff brings years of swimming and instructional experience to the program.

All lessons are held in the instructional pool at CSUB. The heated pool is 3.5 feet deep with steps, which creates a comfortable learning environment. Classes will be limited to no more than five students per instructor.

The first session begins on June 3 and runs through June 26.
