"Curbside Collection Food Drive" to be held in downtown Bakersfield benefits CAPK Food Bank

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A local supportive living services will be holding a "Curbside Collection Food Drive" in downtown Bakersfield to benefit the CAPK Food Bank.

The community can drive up to the curb at 164 H St., where staff from Daisy's Supportive Living Services, will assist in retrieving food donations as it is handed to them.

Daisy's SLS provides a wide range of services and training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The food drive will be held on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
