The man accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenager is set to be in court Wednesday morning.
Bobby Perigo is an employee for the Delano Joint Union High School District. He's confessed to having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student.
He's been arrested and faces a handful of felony charges.
His pre-preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
