This week marks the 25th anniversary of the Los Angeles riots, one of the deadliest in U.S. history.

Award-winning director and creator/executive producer of ABC's "American Crime" John Ridley created "Let It Fall" a documentary that takes viewers through the scenes, the personal stories of those directly involved, and the lessons learnedduring the ruits.

The 2-hour documentary "Let It Fall: Los Angeles 1982-1992" premieres Friday night at 9 p.m. Pacific time.
