The store was previously closed after receiving a score of zero during their health inspection.
=======================================
Domino's Pizza in Tehachapi has closed after receiving a zero score on November 16.
According to the Kern County Public Health inspection violations report, they were unable to turn off water at a three-compartment sink, and the water was measuring 160 degrees, which is an unsafe temperature for employees to contact water.
The back door lacked a self-closing device and the report stated it must be replaced in order to help prevent vermin coming into the restaurant.
During their previous health inspection on April 1, 2016, the score received a score of 94 percent.
Kern Public Health shred that Domino's is in the process of fixing the issue and should be open some time on November 17.
