One lucky school in Bakersfield is getting a flyover from the Edwards Air Force Base on October 13.
Planz Elementary School is apart of The Greenfield Union School District and will receive the flyover for Edwards Air Force Base to mark the 70th anniversary of Captain Charles Yeager's legendary first supersonic flight back on October 14, 1947.
