The participation deadline for the Erskine Fire Ash & Debris Removal Program has been extended to September 6, 2016.
The Kern County Health Services Department and the State of California are offering a voluntary debris and ash cleanup assistance program at no cost to residents whose property was affected by the Erskine Fire.
The removal program is expected to last three to four months.
The forms are available in Lake Isabella at the Debris Removal Operations Center and online at www.kernpublichealth.com.
A Debris Removal Operations Center is located at 5540 Lake Isabella Boulevard, Suite E3. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
