UPDATE (8/13): The wife of Benjamin Greene says their dog has been returned.

The family of well-known Bakersfield attorney Benjamin Greene, who passed away while running a 5K earlier this summer, is missing one of their dogs.

Michelle Greene and her son Joseph told 23ABC that their husky puppy, Harley, disappeared on July 16, just 9 days after Benjamin Greene's funeral services.

After the heartbreak of losing their father and husband on June 20, the family said they just want their puppy brought home.
