Former California City Police Officer Vinny Rivera received his long awaited portrait of his faithful companion and partner "Ty".

"Ty" and two other heroes were honored at the annual "We Ride to Provide" K9 Memorial held in Covington, GA.
The event was on March 4th. With nearly 200 people in attendance, most of them law enforcement officers, 56 K9's were honored by giving their officers hand-painted pictures of their partners.
Loreen Pantaleone painted the portraits, she is pictured with Officer Rivera in one of photos above.
