On Wednesday, November 9, at 11:15a.m., Garces Memorial High School will gather in Monsignor Leddy Hall to honor veterans at a special school assembly.
The morning will begin with Monsignor Braun leading a prayer service in gratitude to the military of the past, present and future. Their Veteran's Day celebration will honor veterans within the Garces community who have helped secure the country's freedom.
An appreciation video will be shown along with a presentation and blessing of a flag decorated with Garces' veteran's names.
Garces will acknowledge all veterans in attendance and join them in the pledge of allegiance.
