Golden Empire Transit (GET) has released their 2017 holiday schedule.
GET buses will not operate on Thanksgiving Day but will operate on a regular schedule the Friday after.
Beginning Friday, December 8, customers will have the opportunity to ride a bus that GET employees and their children painted.
It will operate on a different route each day through the rest of the year.
Customers who board the bus will ride for free. The Christmas bus schedule will be posted on the GET website as well as their Facebook page.
GET buses will not operate on Christmas Day.
On New Year's Eve GET buses will provide free service from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and will operate on a holiday schedule on New Year's Day.
