CHP officials have closed the off-ramp on WB SR58 near Mojave due to heavy winds in the area. 

Meanwhile, 2 big rigs overturned on Hwy 14 due the winds as well. 

The southbound lanes on Hwy 14 near exit 167 are blocked at this time. 

Winds are gusting in the 60-70 mph range in the area.
