Drivers experienced traffic heading northbound on Interstate 5 near Fort Tejon Tuesday night due to a cow in the road.

CHP dispatch reports showed that the cow was on and off the road beginning around 6:45 p.m. to around 10 p.m.

Incident reports showed there were several near accidents due to the cow.
