Honor Flight Kern County and Maya Cinemas collaborated to show a special screening of "Hacksaw Ridge' to Kern County veterans. 

The movie stars Andrew Garfield and was directed by Mel Gibson. The movie hit theaters on November 2, but today, Maya Cinemas rolled out the red carpet. Veterans were able to get their picture taken on the red carpet, and were also asked to sign the movie poster.
