OILDALE, Calif. — The Kern County Fire Department responded to a vacant mobile home fire in Oildale early Tuesday morning.
Crews responded just after 5 a.m. to find the vacant mobile home fully involved in flames.
The blaze had also spread towards multiple neighboring homes, lighting the exterior of one of these homes on fire.
Firefighters were able to contain the flames and protect the neighboring homes at risk.
Officials said they quick response from crews prevented 11 Oildale residents from being displaced.
