BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — After receiving a generous grant from the Stand Up for Pits Foundation, the Kern County Animal Services will be participating in Angel Day on Tuesday, April 2.
Starting at 7 a.m., they will be offering free spay and neuter to 50 Pit bulls and Pit mixes.
