BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating after officials said a domestic dispute led to a crash.
According to a sergeant on scene, the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. Thursday on Sterling Rd. near Niles St.
Officials said they believe a domestic dispute started in the parking lot of the 99 cents store that led out into the street where the person in a white pickup truck intentionally struck one of the other vehicles.
The driver of the white pickup truck has been arrested, but their name has not been released.
Officials said there were minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
Sterling Rd. remained closed as of 11 p.m. Thursday night.
