Bakersfield local Bailey Schweitzer, who was killed in the Las Vegas mass shooting, will be honored at the Centennial High School homecoming game tomorrow, Friday October 13, 2017.
Pictures of Bailey will be spread out within the school's program. Usually cheerleaders at the high school paint cheer boxes red for games, however for the homecoming game, the cheerleaders will paint one box gold in honor of Bailey.
There will also be 57 red balloons released to symbolize the lives lost during the Las Vegas shooting, a separate gold balloon will be released by Bailey's mom to represent Bailey.
There will also be a moment of silence before the homecoming game begins.
