Valley Oaks Charter High School student Amber Braley organized a health and fitness fair to encourage everyone to live a healthy lifestyle.

Braley put on the "Live Event" as part of her senior project and is a certified trainer. She said that it was all about promoting to the public how easy it is to be active and healthy.

"I want other people to come to that realization that its not about how you look, it's not about how others see you, it's about how you feel and what you're capable of," Braley said.
