2 people kidnapped and tortured for days

Four people were arrested in total for their alleged roles in kidnapping and holding two people against their will for over a week.
 
Sheriffs deputies would respond to a call from an adult male who says he had been the victim of a kidnapping.  He went on to say that he and a female acquaintance were held against their will at a medical marijuana supply store in east Bakersfield.  Deputies would go to the business and arrest four suspects in connection to the kidnapping. 
27-year-old Jesse Miranda, 18-year-old Alexis Pule, 35-year-old Ingo Gonzalez and 50-year-old Norik Ter-Galstanyan.  
 
According to the arrest report , the female victim  was brought to Norik Ter-Galstanyan for a 2-thousand dollar debt she owed him.   The male victim had reported that he and the female victim had been restrained, assaulted, and tortured inside the business owned by Galstanyan. 
 
Galstanyan would later be arrested attempting to board a flight from Los Angeles to Russia.  He's been booked and is being held on a 5-million dollar bond.
