BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — It's a marriage proposal 31-years in the making.

Robert Dues and Jennifer Castiglioni were teenage sweethearts first meeting through friend in the late 80s. After a two year relationship, they went their seperate ways only to reconnect through Facebook three decades later.

After two years of living together and discussing marriage, Robert popped the question through a quarter-page ad in the Californian with the headline, 'Jennifer, Will you marry me?'

Can you guess what she said?
