Throw back a can of soda pop with a cop on Wednesday with the Kern County Sheriff's Office and the Bakersfield Police Department. 

KCSO and BPD's Soda Pop with a Cop event is taking place at the McDonald's on Olive Drive near Knudson Drive on Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m.

Officer, deputies, detectives and McGruff the Crime Dog will be on hand to meet members of the public so you can get to know the people who patrol your streets.
