Meth and Heroin found in Lake Isabella drug bust

LAKE ISABELLA, Calif. — Deputies with the Kern Valley Sheriff's Office seized 150 grams of methamphetamine, 21 grams of heroin, and cash when they served a search warrant in the 2500 block of Smith Lane in Lake Isabella.

On Tuesday, 40-year-old James Shelton was found with the drugs taped beneath his car. He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale, resisting arrest, disobey a court order, and other drug charges.

Two additional people in the residence were also arrested: 24-year-old Ashley Duncan was arrested for resisting arrest, disobey a court order, and four misdemeanor warrants. 27-year-old Saecha Gray was arrested for resisting arrest and disobeying a court order.
