Bakersfield Police are asking for the public's help locating an at-risk adult who went missing Wednesday in Southwest Bakersfield. 

Police say 26-year-old Joel Porter was last seen in the 1900 block of Stine Road Wednesday around 6:15 p.m. They say he is at risk due to Autism and developmental delay. 

Porter is described as a 26-year-old white male who is 5'10" and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, and blue jeans.
