New Peking Palace in Northeast Bakersfield has been shut down by Kern Public Health after multiple violations.
Violations included observations of rodent droppings on the floor and equipment throughout the facility, observed grease build-up and observed debris on handles and doors of refrigeration units.
According to the inspection, the restaurant is operating with an "active vermon infestation."
