The annual Polar Bear Plunge is happening today at the McMurtrey Aquatic Center.
The event starts at 11 a.m. and anyone age 7 or older can enjoy hot chocolate while taking a dip in the pool.
It is $5 to plunge and $20 for a sweatshirt. Swimsuits are required, however wetsuits, t-shirts, pants and water shoes are not allowed.
The McMurtrey Aquatic Center is located at 1325 Q Street.
