The Raiders are now headed to Las Vegas.
The NFL owners approved the deal Monday morning at their meetings in Phoenix.
Adam Schefter, an insider with ESPN, reports the league voted 31-1 to approve the deal. The Miami Dolphins were the lone team to vote against the deal.
