Bakersfield police pulled over a truck they believed to be stolen on 22nd Street and L Street Wednesday morning.
BPD found the truck and surrounded the driver with guns drawn. The company the truck belonged to reported one of their vehicles was stolen.
The driver said he worked for the company and BPD said the color of the truck did not match the license plate number given to them.
BPD is currently investigating whether or not the guy works for the company.
