Rain and light snow are hitting the Grapevine on Monday morning as El Nino continues to pound the West Coast.
The California Highway Patrol is reporting heavy rain throughout the Fort Tejon Area along Interstate-5 and says snow is starting to fall at the summit, but is not sticking.
Right now no delays are reported along any of the mountain passes in Kern County.
