BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A semi-fire on Highway 99 (northbound) just south on Ming Avenue is impacting traffic.
There is heavy traffic in both directions in the area, and there is an unknown ETA on when current lane closures will open.
Environmental Health is reportedly on the way to the scene.
