Officers from the Ridgecrest Police Department are growing out their beards to raise money for a local cause. 

The annual Mountain Man March fundraiser is happening and during the month of March all officers who are sponsored will grow their beards. 

All of the money that is raised will be donated directly to the Women's Center. 

Each officer must raise $50 in order to compete. '

The department is accepting donations through the end of March for the fundraiser.
