The Stallion Springs Police Department's sponsored "Operation Adopt a Soldier" is need of volunteers.
On Friday, November 2, they will be packing military care packages by hand at the Stallion Springs Community Center at 5 p.m. in the Corral room.
Organizers are also seeking volunteers to help create and write thank you cards to be sent along with the care packages.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome.
